General Fixes and Changes
- a bug has been fixed which caused the NPC and the Newsboard in the lounge to disappear
- a bug has been fixed which caused the Emporia Wars being stuck in the middle of the battles and prevent guilds from participating in this week's tournament. Guilds should be able to apply for participating in EW this week again.
