I cannot connect to the file server. I have literally tried everything.

If getting failed to connect to file server, then it is a network issue. A suggested fix can be found under Problem #2 in this thread.

It is not a network issue. I am a network guru for a living. The patcher just says attempting to connect to file server please wait. It will eventually pop up a box and says error failed to connect.

I can ftp to all of those. And resetting internet explorer is a moot point. I dont even use it. I use Chrome.

Ragnarok Online patcher uses Internet Explorer.
