Don't think they are currently available in RO;Trans. They are lvl 103 and are located in the Audhumbla Grasslands. The only way to get there is through Rachel but all the Airblimps NPCs to travel are also missing.

Ive seen some desert wolves around somewhere near prontera field going southwest. i dont know excatly sorry XD
