If i add one slot to a weapon with stat, it will lose it?

Yes, it will lose the stats.

But... if u have a Elementar Katar with healing stats, it's a nice katar to try enchant slot! 

 

Now, If someone can help me:
I try to enchant a Wind Katar, because I see one in the market. But it dont appear at enchanter list of weapons in payon. 
The same with undershirt e pantie. 
Someone can help me with here I can enchant slot on them?

^ Did you mean socket enchant?

Have you checked the other socket enchant npc? There's supposed to be 2 npc's in total, both at separate spots
