Level based Exp penalty for Transcendence?

So does Transcendence have the same level based exp penalty system as renewal had? Last I heard it was on the Korean version but always hated the system of forcing you to go somewhere else every 5-10 levels. Frank the website has crap for information on stuff like this.

The level difference is increased for RT server, it is now 30 instead of 15 levels. So technically speaking, you can level in the same map for a while.

RO:Zero server on kRO has no EXP penalty, but iRO is "improving" their RO:Zero server by keeping the EXP penalty.

Let that sink in.

If it still encourages players to keep exploring new lvling spots every now and then but isn't as restrictive/forceful as the 15 lvl range then I think it's somewhat good.

And the increased lvl range helps parties with varying member levels too

As long as you can stack enough drop mods to reach +100% or higher.
If you can't boost the card drop rate by another flat 0.01% (like +0.009%) then it gets rounded back down to 0.01%.

Nah,
Anything that has a base drop chance of 0.01% needs the minimum of +100% to gain a boost. Some rare equips have this rate too.

Just keep in mind that it rounds down: 0.019% = 0.01%

it needs to amount to at least a 0,01 increase.

Just look at the drop rate of the item you want and apply the drop rate increases to it, if it doesnt amount to 0,01, it's wasted.

I was under the impression card drop rates were 0.02, so VIP increases that to 0.03? I've noticed way more card drops on RT than I ever got on RESTART or Classic, so I'd be shocked if rates are actually 0.01.

Their base rates are 0.01% chance.
Though, there are some with higher drop chances.

But there is an additional +0.01% universal bonus for ALL items as an insurance to make sure every item has a chance to drop. That way, no item is stuck with a 0% drop chance if ever the devs forgot to input their actual rate haha

Note: This universal bonus only comes after the drop mods are applied so it's not affected by gum or other drop bonuses.
