I wonder magical weapons, such as rods, staffs, etc., are needed to be refine.
I tried +1, +2, +3 but there's no change at magic power.
Is it helpful to refine these magical weapons?
How about summons' damage?

Thank you for answering, but can you tell me how this could be helpful exactly?
I cannot find any difference in numbers, both total magic power and weapon's.
When I cast an attack magic or a healing magic with well-refined magic weapon, will the effects be increased even if there's no difference in numbers on the character's stat window?
When I summon a RSX-0807, how normal attack damage and electronic shock skill damage could be different?
Healing skills of summons will be increased, too?

In short:
Your skills, pet summons are based on your Magical Skill Effect, not just Magic Power. Refining weapon (mace > bible), improves weapon min & max, which improves Magical Skill Effect, which improves your skills' damage and heals.
Formula for Magical Skill Effect:
Magic Power / 10.53 + [(wpnmin + wpnmax) / 2]

Spoiler
Wow, what a kindness!
I thought Min/Max Damage of magical weapon means physical damage.
Thank you!
