I have the Gold but cannot sell it to NPC. I haven't played RO in a while but still remember the gold price was 100,000 zeny when sell it to NPC. What can I do with it?

Keep it/vend it. It's used for evolving Am Mut and Ancient Mummy pets.
Check what the value what others are selling at first.

Gold and other selective ETC items are blocked from being sold to NPC, this is intended.
Supposedly, a special NPC that can take them will be added at a later time.

It’s used to make crown of ancient queen, mistress crown and decorative golden bells during the ancient era.
