On ragnarok renewal the guillotine got nerfed by increasing the fix time, but there is items that reduce this thing. In usual classic there are not this items so it is impossible to cast guillotine fist on WOE or MVP making monk kind of useless. Please look to fix e bring monk guillotine fist back to classic situation
