I'm wondering which build is the best for assassin, the DD crit or katar with sidewinder card.
but im not sure if the katar is doubling crit rate, it doesnt seems change very much when i tested.

crit rate just from stats is -_-itty and monster luck can reduce your crit rate too so depends what you facing low hit and -_-itty crit is no fun
