This absolutely needs to be done. In its current state leveling is basically a giga grind with no real benefit to killing more difficult mobs as their exp values do not increase much. Not only that because of them having Renewal levels (with many mobs over level 100) it means you can't even get the full value of what little exp they give most of the time. Not sure what the table is for exp,but leveling feels dreadful. I feel like everything is -_- to level because of how little exp and high level the mobs are. Either removing the -_- leveling penalty or adjusting their levels will allow us to progress our leveling much easier in the lower to mid levels.
