Marionette drops Flail[2] instead of Chain[3]

They're supposed to be dropping Chain[3] but I think because of swapping the drops of the Crimson Mace they're incorrectly dropping Flail[2].

Thank you for the report, right now yes, they seem to be dropping Flail [1] #1510.
