I've started the job change quest and it is active but i cant seem to complete the jack frost Lutie snowman Quest.

 

Ive given the Squid ink to Hairy Uncle and then the next NPC that is meant to ask for the Salt doesnt ask for it. 

 

not sure if im meant to speak to santa to start the quest but he doesnt give a gift either when i try to start the quest

Go through bard job change guide posted on fanmade iRo Wiki here, see if you have missed a step. Could also backtrack or proceed forward, see if that resolves the issue.

Had to do the squid ink part 3 times before the next NPC triggered.
