My homon isn't attacking, in OD it acts like it's on standby, not attacking unless I manually make it attack.  Is this part of the update or a bug?

Homunculi are manual now, no more automation via AI.

When you fix Sarah Card?
I've seen it effect in TWRO.
This card reduces all incoming dmg that exceed user's MaxHP to only 40% of their MaxHP, protects user from one-hit-kill dmg by 2 times.

 

How does it stack with other reductions (for example if I have a total of 70% demi-human reduction, how will it combine to the overall calculation for the reductions)?

Regardless of your reduction.
If final dmg after calculation is higher than your MaxHP. You'll lose 40% of your MaxHP.

i think it will calculate after all your reductions are applied.
