I thought zero was specifically about the first and second job rebalances and was just limited to below third jobs cause it was focused on first and second jobs.

Because huge chunks of the world (for example, all of Europe) are not being serviced by iRO.

 

It's a logical conclusion to think that they are then not servicing areas that have their own local servers, like Brazil, Korea, Japan, etc etc.

 

It is my understanding that that is not the case when it comes to Brazil, but I can understand why people would think it is. Especially if they are having problems registering their accounts.

Calm down sir, the error that I was getting was indeed related to a region block... It happens because WarpPortal BR is the publisher for Brazil, what gives them the right to ask iRO to not allow registrations from the region...

The headgear is intended to be in middle.
