Why not use the [G]OldTimes formula for Instant Cast?

agree with this. since we dont have 3rd job like skills sacrament /reducing cast time gears

wizard/sages are already suffering with this. i barely see any wiz grinding with aoe. 99 dex 99 int cast time of storm gust,lov,metor is like 10 years

so they're force to grind with firebolt/firewall skills

 

 

thats why they removed fixed cast time on revo classic since 2nd job cant have 3rd job skills/ cast time reducing gears in renewal.

 

as for now wizard are pretty much a dead class... i hope they balance it as well here in RT
