Why are these monsters using ranged bash and pierce at upwards of 2000 damage? This is vastly disproportionate to their normal attacks, skill level, and range.

those are elemental attacks that hit like a truck if you don't wear proper elements like dokebi and sandman cards

i wear sandman but ground petite hit me 2k++++ damage lol

Ground petite got 2 elemental attack

 

one is earth (that u fine with sandman card)

 

one is ghost that lv5 (500% from max ATK) = 400x5 = 2000

Feels like pre renewal damage on some of the monster's abilities

Yes you need it .Make you get 25% more damage 

 

 

 

 

Sky Petite for 30% dragon reduction

 

Marionette for 30% ghost elemental reduction (maybe too overkill just Raydric is fine   )

Sigh. The logic here is epic. Server uses renewal calculations with stats based on max level of 175, 3rd jobs, and vastly superior gear. What we get... level cap of 99, no trans, and crap gear.

sidewinder do the poison attack..if wearing sadman armor does it will increase their attack?
