Hey Everyone,

I'm leveling a merchant and got vending to lvl 4.  I'm looking for the Purchasing Team NPC that lets me buy items off of other people.  I can't seem to find him anywhere in Alberta.  I see other players opening up a buying shop though.  Am i missing something here?  Any help would be great!

Hello there,

Buy/Vend scrolls are a VIP benefit. The scrolls are included in the VIP box from Kafra Shop.

As for the Open Buy Store quest, currently the NPC that offers it is not implemented. This was reported for investigation.
