Tested Lian Shield. The VIP effect now works as intended.

The issue remains with the options UI, it seems the whole thing is missing. When checking around it points to Lapine file assuming I am looking in the correct place. Lapine system is not yet implemented in iRO so it will make sense why the UI is missing. This is not official just from what I have gathered, I could be wrong but the issue has been properly explained to the staff couple hours ago so they can investigate further.

Yep, when clicking the Charleston component range or melee UI is missing, i remember sigma brought it up that the file for the UI is missing.  
 
Also enchanting the new armor are not accepted by the npcs

Gold card exchange to fuel tank in npc Dr. magnatum is disabled for the enchant for the excellion set. ( it is okay to disabled it for now because we dont excellion armor and mantue yet)

Ugh, there are still duplicate of Ingrata NPCs looking at your screenshots. Have you checked them just in case? I reported it to the staff but maybe need to report it again with stars.

There still the duplicate npcs. The New king heels instance works fine. Ingrata D doesnt work for enchanting equips. Only mass charleston npc works for enchanting the equips but it doesnt accept the new slotted one.

Other npc works fine. only the Ingrata D, the revamp of mass charleston for enchanting armors, does not working

Tested the reported NPC from start to finish, seems like it's functioning well for now. I'll try to get it again tomorrow since that was the first time it was quested, then I might see if it is fully fixed.

If we go strictly by kRO video then; all of the NPCs in the screenshots going by the name Mass Charelston are outdated and should be removed. The new NPCs taking over are now called Ingrata A, Ingrata D and Ingrata M. Moreover, the NPC with blonde hair (Charelston) is not in the video. I assume it triggers the old instance quest? I have only done it once and on release date long time ago, so I forgot the detail

Other than that, the issue with UI and enchantments are not yet resolved. I will update the listing post.

I see, so upon checking, npcs for reserving old Charleston crisis instance is still there (The Blonde Charleston and the red circle machine portal)

The instance has no 1st step npc inside so there no way you can do the old charleston instance.

 

You can remove these npcs also.

seems to me like active buff icons are a general mess

-dragon riding not showing active buff icon

-parry not showing active buff icon

-enchant blade not showing active buff icon

-endure not showing active buff icon

 

Edit2: relog seems to have fixed a lot of these bugs. yeah, i have to relog for the icon to show up.

Is both your INT and LUK reached 463 total of the 2 stats? If not, it's not 100%. And it seems screenshots of the stats is necessary with this one (the stats).
