Location (if applicable): Flame Basin (moro_vol)

Describe the issue: One of the enemies that the player needs to kill, Morroc Twisted Vassal, does not spawn in the Flame Basin map, rendering the related quest impossible to finish.

Type of Issue (choose): Redeem rewards function
Describe the issue: Starting from Battle Pass Level 200, Premium pass players are not able to receive rewards such as Sealed Low/High Refine Certificate, 30 Treasure Box and even unable to claim Costume Fallen Lost Wing when they reached respective threshold. From this page at the bottom, they did indicate the "red" words, still not sure if the rewards are intended to be claimed separately or the NPC Merde just didn't give the rewards. The rewards for every 7 / 19 / 41 BP levels gained did gave the rewards of Treasure box I, II and III but not the primary rewards for premium pass players.
