Hello,

Can you explain more on the issue?
Any error messages? Are the character slots locked out?

1. After i click Thor server, this messages pops-up:

"CHARACTER_INFO size error!!"

"CHARACTER_INFO size : 147"

 

2. Whenever i create random human race character with random name

This message pops-up:

"Character Name already exists."

Client is not properly patched up.
 
Try the following, do not skip any step at all please.
 
How to manually repatch Renewal client:

• Uninstall any old RO client before proceeding.
• Restart your device.
• Clear Internet Explorer cache, if you don't know how please check Appendix #2 in this post.
• Make sure Ragnarok.exe and Ragexe.exe are set to run as an admin all the time, if using dedicated antimalware/antivirus programs make sure the same are white-listed from the active scans.
• Assuming your client is freshly installed using latest client available on this page, download patch files pack from this link, unzip and place the contents in your game folder.
• Download patch.inf from this link, make sure to read the instructions carefully.

So, i decide to re-download it with the most recent patch.
