Is it just me? I can't find the cooking quest NPCs in RO:T. Have they not implemented it yet? I know the chef vendors, chef hat, and 6-10 cookbooks are in the game.

Bumping this. The NPCs are not where they are supposed to be and I want to cook.

As for the missing NPCs, I have confirmed the issue. Will add it to the pin in tech section of the forums.

Copy but... would you have replied if I didn't? This post and similar comments in the feedback thread have gone unanswered. In any case appreciate you logging the missing NPCs!

Seems like all of the NPCs are missing, and yes I have noted them all 
For bug reporting it is best to post in the tech section.
