Check the task manager, see if any of RO processes are running in the background. Alternatively, restarting the device should fix it.

Hi. I have also the same issue. Already restart the device, uninstalled and installed the game and also in steam. Nothing works.

Hi there, I had the same issue today, but when I entered the task manager I coudn't find any Ragnarok Online proccess, BUT I did find an EasyAntiCheat process running in background, after force it to stop, I could enter the game normally - earlier today I tried to update the game, but it failed on some file, I believe that somehow, when I closed the launcher, EasyAntiCheat kept running and didn't stop when I closed the launcher, as I tried again it couldn't open because it was already running in background and the game returned the message that the game was already running.
So, try to check any proccess about EasyAntiCheat also.
