i was trying to find my old characters on ROPD but cant even get the normal page to load. Has it poofed or is there another way to do so now? would really like to check on my characters and see all what i had as i cant find my login and i believe that wll help. i dont wanna start over QQ

Ropd is gone as well as ragial, since the bots that ran them/gathered info for them can't connect anymore. Also, if you are logged into your forum account can't you log into the warpportal site and look at what the ro accounts are? Or do you mean you had another warpportal account with RO accounts that you can't remember?

Ropd is gone as well as ragial, since the bots that ran them/gathered info for them can't connect anymore. Also, if you are logged into your forum account can't you log into the warpportal site and look at what the ro accounts are? Or do you mean you had another warpportal account with RO accounts that you can't remember?

i believe the ladder. i could be wrong but ive logged into what i thought was my account and it  is missing EVERY THING but it said it was created back in 2014. but when i left in 2016 i had a max genetic 175/60 amongst plenty of other 3rd classes, lots of zeny, items and stuff like that. including a few mvp cards.. when i got back into it last night, everything was gone, characters, items. not a single item in kafra, literally 0.

 

i was trying to find my ropd to recall all of my characters instead of just a few. i dont mind starting over per say, but losing the MVP cards and my wifes bryn would be really disheartening. was hoping ropd could help me recover. ive since submitted a ticket, just hoping i can get it resolved

If you log in to the servers and have literally no chars showing, then it's because you have patched your old client instead of reinstalling the game using the latest installer.

i have downloaded the client from the link camp posted. i have a single character, a single thief thats lvl 16 and spelled Zelnyte instead of Zelnite. but thats it. ive logged onto this thief ,its randomly in prontera, with about 30k and exactly 0 items in kafra storage.


If you care to share the appropriate download i will try to redownload when i get home. And see if it works. Would love if the solution was that simple haha.

With ROPD gone, no way to keep keep scammers in check, EAC doing brilliant work.

Edit : after clicking the link at work, this looks like what i used. Clicking on the poring icon to initiate the download. It took a couple hours to actually download but almost no time to patch, once installed.

is there a chance that redownloading it anyways could help? i feel like my account was hacked, and im sure theres not anything that can be done if so.ive probably just lost everything and have to move on. it is super odd that they wouldnt just take the important stuff, but also every single character along with every single items. EVEN MY JELLOPY ARE GONE. :<

100% i gave away a few items that i figured would be outdated by time i came back. and im sure that no one else had my info. and even if they did, (which they didnt) it would take a loooot of time to delete all of my characters and all like 700+ items i had one by one. dont feel like that would be wroth to even delete stuff like apples and jellopy lol (which i kept cause im a hoarder)

Well you can go try clicking the "warpportal home" link then go to "log in" and try to put all the emails you remember using and go to account information to see all your game accounts under each email if you havent tried it already

They may need to verify you are the rightful owner so be prompt when they ask questions, as they will not hand in detail easily.

 

As for game client, make sure you are getting the one from this link.

Also you should run a manual repatch to make sure your game client is up to date. Renewal manual repatch can be found in this post.

Assuming the worse that unauthorized access has occurred, then again, the staff will help you. Let's hope it is not the case here.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS. it helps my anxiety x.x i have sent very detailed emails for the tickets. i dont recall the old guild i was in but gave them everything they asked for inclduing some old characters names and classes i did remember. i even found a ticket in my emails that has a ticket ID for when i checked one of my MVP cards legitimacy on. 

 

do you know off the top of your head that regardless of what happened, if some malicious intent has occurred or even maybe if it didnt, that i should be able to at least recover all my characters? i would hate to lose MVP cards + god items. but i feel i can recoup if i at least got all my characters back. thats a lot of time to max lvl things x.x lol

I can't really answer that properly as matters are handled on case by case basis, but generally they should offer assistance.

The only issue if the access was willingly provided, they do not support account sharing.

not even my wife logged into my account, i barely remember my own password. let along giving it to someone x.x

Gravity, Warpportal should have made ROPD, and Ragial official, or created something like that.

 

Actually, the website is quite invasive as it reveals to the world ALL your characters in your account-- unless you register as a member for you to make it private. (Quite powerful for a 3rd party site to force you to be a member just to have privacy lol.)
