Hey Folks,
 
Were currently working on fixing the FTP Server. Due to this the patch notes have not been finalized. We will be posting them tomorrow morning when we get in.

There should be no VIP packages on power up page, if there is they will phased out.

Good eve, 

does this mean server is down till tomorrow ? This morning it keep saying Panic error, now is saying Fail to connect to Server. I saw that there was a Maintenance until 6 pm PST and its currently 2 hours and 15 mind after, I just want an update on what is happening.

@campitor, seriously you guys close the server for 2 mths, come back with such "BIG" update but yet no better content for the old players.. ppl are losing patience with you guys, and yet this patch note is not finalized? do you want to explain to the community on what really the future plan and not making new server and selling empty hope. 

 

And also, my friend have outstanding tickets before the 2 month hiatus and till date it not resolves due to the incapability of your customer service team. you might want to also explain on this too? 

 

Should Camp want to feel free to pm me on the ticket issue. thank you.

Dear Campitor, with all this bugs and errors coming from nowhere and being everywhere , and also that santa is not albe to give our  resets we need, could you dsable santa and bring back Mad Bunny Refine Event just for  week pretty please, also what others said is time for advanced Jumping Janeway and if it is not  too much to ask could you enable Sport Festa event? Tq

We filed a ticket regarding some bug issues for creating WOE TE godly item and the customer support don't even have a clue on what the bug was. The support does not have any idea of the game. Requested to have a video about the said bug. "How are we able to record videos if we are not aware that it will get bugged?". Then the ticket closed. Gave up.

often happened. and the ticket close up by itself and i have to pm Cinnamon for help. It always took Campitor several days to weeks to reply. 

 

Is it the portion whereby you cannot find one of the npc stuck up at the castle and you need to kill it? It happened once when i did it with my guild.
