I was trying to create an account but appears this message.
"There was a problem communicating with the server.
Please try again later or contact customer support for help."

i cant create an account anymore? or it's because of my region? i'm from Brazil
If anyone have any notice please help me

Yup, same thing here. Can't create account as well.

 

I'm also from Brazil. I already have 1 transcendence account but want a second one.

I tried again and now got a new error.

 

"The account is currently suspended.
Please contact WarpPortal Support."

 

But I'm not suspended, I'm even playing right now

As mentioned earlier, users getting the message to contact support. They will need to take a look at the account ID on their end.

Well, I opened a ticket and got some generic useless answer =/

Try after 24 hours from the last time you attempted character creation, if the restriction is still there then it is a regional block as stated in point #2.

But there isn't a regional block on Brazil for Ragnarok Transcendence, is it?

 

Because some people from Brazil can create accounts and some can't. Some can using proxies and some can't even using them.

So, seems totally random.

 

 

So, is there a regional block for Brazil or not? Because a "partial block" shouldn't be a thing.

Brazil is region blocked from registering RT game title on NA WP branch, this is the ongoing known matter.

I can't really answer to why some users can and some can't register, I'll need to consult with a WP staff however he's not available during the weekend.

So, the bug is actually the brazilians that CAN create an account?

 

Damn, that seems crappy as hell, specially since bRO is now also run by warpportal, so there isn't even competition between different companies...

So, im out of ragnarok for a long time and i was thinking about coming to this new server, it seems amazing! so lately i've been reading a lot of threads and seeing some videos, sadly most of them is about the BOTs issue 

Yesterday i was watching a live stream of player leveling his monk in the grand peco map and man, i got scared   like, almost everywhere that he go we could se a rogue-bot. In the first 5 or 6 he was even stopping, opening a chat, taking screen shots to report later on, but after that he even stop bothering because there were so many   god damn i hate these cheaters, ragnarok is all about grinding
