Last month after a problem on the server my homunculus appeared with a bug, he has less skill points than he should have, when realizing the bug I sent a ticket informing the bug.

 

A week passed
 

- Indicated to wait for weekly maintenance.

Next week

-I was still under investigation

Next week

- The same answer (under investigation)

-Now 10 days have passed since I haven't received an answer.

I have already suggested ways to solve it, but I have no answers. 
Sad to see how the players are treated. Warpportal does not listen to the community.
