I thought they took down the server and make structural changes on the database tables for the sake of receiving more future OCPs?

It's even worse now, each gear is upwards to 5b+ and there is no decent way to make zeny anymore.

 

Each instance run nets you about 50m that's 100 runs per gear. Furthermore, that's if you can even sell the loot from said runs. It takes about 2 weeks to sell 300 ocas. 2 months per gear.

 

This is becoming a joke. Anyone new would be insane to join in.

 

the problem with this is that the players themselves have a closed mind and think they can sell the items for whatever value they want,before the server closed i bought imperial boots for 700m and now i have seen players trying to sell for 3 ~ 4b and wondering why they can't sell their items.

all this because we built an idea that there is a lot of zenny on the server, which is no longer true not because there was a drainage of zenny, but because there are accounts that are stopped without playing with that zenny and the players that still are active and have that amount of zenny already have most of the items that are currently being sold.

the only alternative for those who want to sell items at the moment would be to lower the value of their items but no one wants to "lose" money and so they do not lower prices and this will lead anyone who wants to buy to resort to RTM to be able to buy their items.

I have int foods that I can't lower the value on as I'd make no zeny. Making less than 50% profit off of investments is not worth it.

 

People are under cutting me and they aren't even selling.

 

Chaos/Thor are pretty much dead. Mismanaged into oblivion like restart and classic. The community didn't help much either, much followed like sheep and said nothing.

 

Thinking short term burst profits for a company is stupid. These OCP items will gain iRO a lot of money in the short term then fall off a cliff.

 

Gravity should of made Ragnarok an actual game rather than a random mindless grind fest. I'm done with this RNG fest.

There is no new content for PvM. Oh wow one update that gives a better version of shoes that we already have. We should bow to our Gravity overlords for giving us such a bountiful update. We'll be looking forward to another update in next years' harvest.

I noticed that you don't like to read other people's messages and I find it fascinating that even if you haven't read them, you still take the trouble to reply.
where in my message did I say that zeny had decreased due to "zeny drain"?

and I said the only way to get out of this state that we are in now is if the players themselves change their way of thinking and accept that losses are necessary.

over the years the WP staff made many bad and poor choices that created the path to where we are now, but we as a player base walk this path with our own legs and putting all the blame on others and denying your own faults is wrong.

Even with your statement afterwards still means there is a lot of zeny on the server. They still are part of the zeny pool. All you're going to create is a hey day for the people that do have tons of zeny.

- because dont know what to do in game, no more interest on pvm or died woe
- because the new client so many bug, me example. It makes iro uncomfortable to play for me.
- Many issues havent fix. Like cannot dual client (auto force close), etc. Even non windows user cannot play the game.
- that 2 months hiatus isnt bring my friends/my guildies to comeback to play iro. They already enjoy other ro server while waiting iro hiatus.

the only one reason make people still login is evolve pet and auto pet feeding. Lol

Tbh, about OCPs, they should've released only 1-2 items per box, 2% and 5% or so respectively. Then the rest could be consumables. However Warpportal went ahead and released so many OCPs per box.

Not to nitpick at the statement you highlighted from that other post, but to assert the poster was assuming a "zenny drain" in comparison to the actual discription of a "drainage of zenny" denotes two different contexts.
