Hello, I'm having problems disconnecting every time I try to log in to my account, I'm taking dc, could someone from the staff help me?

Are all of the characters on the account ID disconnect as soon as you log in?

Hm, my suggestion to the issue is to attempt a manual repatch. This is to clear any possible missing file.

Got the same problem and used 3 different computers, its not the software itself...

Are you able to see the map in which you are disconnecting on? If yes, can you tell us which one?

Yes, map is Mjolnir fields, sidewinders map, but its not map related, i`ve seen around 5 topics with ppl with the same problem all over the forum, this guy for instance is in another map, there was another guy in hodes map, and so on and so forth, please do something, GM Clock has been giving me no answer since thrusday/friday, all i got was this: Greetings!

Having this issue, but I was just AFK vending. Maybe a server issue?

 

 

EDIT: Can't even connect to the client itself either

 

 

I'm dumb. Thought this is for renewal, sorry >,>

Maybe is also hitting Renewal, anyway, i think is account related, but dunno what exactly...

Update:

Checking with the staff and after providing the ticket number, it was found the character cannot be logged into.

Meaning, reinstalling or manual repatch will not fix it. This seems to be an internal issue, it will require special technical resolution.

Users affected to please write it and wait patiently for staff handling.
