I have mail that I am unable to receive the items from. Is there a way to take one item at a time or send them back?

So it seems the items are randomly getting added stats which may be why I'm unable to retrieve the items, however I don't know what is causing this. At times they're fine others they appear with 1 stat option. If I could get some help that would be appreciated!

What items are you having an issue with? Have you tried to return the mail? I think the mail bounces back to the sender after a set amount of time, so you can wait that out if return doesn't work.

I purchased Pantie, Undershirt, Fire Arrows,  and a Gakkung Bow. The first 3 which I bought from vendors and the Gakkung which I bought from the NPC in Payon. How long does it take for it to return to sender? It's been about an hour so far.

I calculated the weight to be about 635 and I'm currently at 62 / 2630 so it should not be. (Unless fire arrows actually weigh more than .2 per.) Also, if they do return to sender what if they're still bugged out and I can't retrieve them?

 

EDIT: I have been able to retrieve zeny from my friend and I can not delete the mail in question.

2500 which at .2 weight should be 500 weight. Is it that I can't have 2500?

Hm, you should be able to, but this also should count in the ones being equipped.

There is a bug with arrows when attempting to add over 30k of them on the same character causes the character to DC. I am not sure if this is part of the problem here.

I don't have anywhere near 30k arrows so that is not the issue. I have already submitted a ticket as well. It's a tad frustrating but I truly appreciate you doing all you can to try and help me.

I FIXED IT! So apparently having the same type of arrows equipped will not allow you to retrieve them from mail, a bit silly but something good to know. I didn't see any message to indicate this so it may be something to look into adding if possible.

For future note, mail only returns to sender after 15 days if the letter goes unopened, otherwise it is deleted.

Glad you were able to fix it!
I don't recall that being an issue, but then I normally mail quivers and avoid mailing solo ammo due to that 30k bug.

Haha, yeah I didn't know that was a thing but when you mentioned the arrows and 30k limit something made me think to unequip them.

Being unable to claim arrowtypes that are currently equipped is an old rodex bug that also existed on renewal
