I had been facing this issue for few days. I was like playing a fast forward version of this game. I got no problem on watching youtube, twitch or whatsoever but I seriously feels the lagness in this game.  Does anyone has the same issue?

Me too playing other games online is smooth also watching  videos in youtube is so fast but in game I experience mili sec. delay in the  game.  Already do the TcpAckFrequency and TCPNoDelay but  still there's some delay in the game, I cant spam ng pots T_T

Did you run more traceroutes? If the issue is constantly starting at hop #10 then, this is outside WP and your ISP direct control.

What you can do is send the logs to your ISP support department, as well as a ticket to our GMs. What they can is try to relay the report to whom concerned, hopefully something is done about it.

 

I'd also look out for any packet loss readings, packet loss is more severe I'd say than high ping.

For visual analysis, I highly recommend PingPlotter. There's a short guidelines I wrote some time ago on how to use it for RO, can be found here.

I didn't run more traceroute. I'm not sure whether is my problem or server problem tho. I never faced this issue before but this problem start occurs on last two weeks. When I opened the game, the game start lag. Then I tried to disconnect and reconnect my WiFi on my laptop. The lag disappear. But this problem occurs again last two weeks ago, the lag still there even I disconnect and reconnect my WiFi. I can access the forum thru my mobile without any lag but I can't access forum thru my laptop tho.

Are you able to test the connection by using an Ethernet cable perhaps?

I didn't test tho. But I tried to connect with my mobile data and the lag gone. Maybe is my WiFi problems? I'm not sure what exactly is the problem tho but I hope this problem won't occurs again.

If the issue is solved by switching the connection type then possibly something is up with the Wifi. Do both of them share the same internet data/service?

Nope. Both of them are different service. Now I able to log into the game but still with milisecond delay with WiFi tho. But better than nothing tho.
