Hi i open the vendor envelope with my novice and was working like a charm.

But now im a blacksmith and this voucher stopped working, its valid until 3/3

Is this a bug ?

Hello,

My guess is you have one offline vendor active, as you can't have 2 vendors of the same at once.

You can open/close/check the same offline vendor in the same account. They are linked to the account, not just the character.
