This morning i wake up, login and found this:
4 of my character's gender change to FEMALE.
I have never asked to do this, never request VAS etc.
can WP explain and revert my character's gender?
if you change the sum of my zeny, i won't complain,
okay, i sent ticket already

Just recently there was an issue at server's end in regarding account gender on registration. In some cases, it resulted in account crash. This has been corrected, though some users may see that.
In your case, the staff will help and offer free gender change. In the ticket make sure that you specify the requested gender change and on which characters.

Mine was the first 9 of my chara. Now it’s female but I didn’t bother to asked to to revert it back to male. It’s like a free vas lol anyway I feel like female one looks better and more cute. So I’m fine with it lol
I guess the server support LGBT after all lol

The option/update was added some time in 2017 (?), in which allowed the user to specify the gender of newly created characters within the same ID. Before you had to specify the account ID gender through the registration page.

Hello, I have the same issue happen to me on the last week update, 9 of my character have been change from male to female
I already submit a ticket but it have been already a week since then and support staff hasnt correct my issue.
I request a transfer character from my main account to my second account and also that character have been change from male to female gender.
