Orc Archer bow confirmed not to drop by VGODCINNAMON.

 

Hunting arrows arent in ROT.

So there is literally no lv4 bow in the game right now?

Hmm dont think so. I have seen someone with a excalibur so should be able to create a rudra bow but it wouldnt have enchants. Looking through the list of lvl 4 bows and with the lack of town expansions on ROT seems the only hope for a hunter is if ballista drops from dracula or if glorious hunter bow is farmable.

slotted Ballista is usually the top bow until OAB/Hunting arrows, but with the right enchants a Gakkung is likely better. It just depends on your build. Gakkung is generally going to be the best thanks to the new enchants system.  

 

that said, there's no reason to invest too heavily because when OAB comes out literally any Gakkung will become obsolete. And eventually Falken Blitz exists for sniper and that will out class Gakkung for sharp shoot builds. Arbalest Bow with good enchants is a good stop gap if you can get a good price.
