3 days cooldown is fine. Many people have many maxed level character. They can rotate daily. Also people already have many alts to tag along. In fact, I feel like this instance will be saturated within a year or so since every char is guaranteed to revive 2 red stones or cog or whatever that is.

Jakks should be a permanent npc, its a cheap way to refine equipment.

I am more interested in why the cards even need to be in at all in Sakray, they are existing card effects; if anything they should wait until NOGH is fully able to be tested.
