Hello,

I have spent about an hour trying to figure out how to create a game account for Ragnarok Transcendence and here is the message I receive:

"Please enable Javascript on your browser.

Also, please download or upgrade Flash before you proceed, if not already present or wrong version is installed.

More info: http://www.adobe.com...ckwave/download"

I have enabled JavaScript, I have Flash Player enabled through the browser settings, I have tried 3 different browsers, but I am still unable to register.  Oh and just FYI, that link to www.adobe.com/shockwave/download is no longer useful because Adobe as removed that program.

Can anyone help?

Same problem for my husband, we tried it on Firefox and it worked fine. Dunno if you're using chrome, but it wouldn't work on that.

I figured it out - I had to disable an anti-virus thing that was attached to all of my browsers and disallowing information to be sent to Warpportal (even though browser settings were set to allow it).  Once I disabled that, it worked like a charm.

Sorry for the late response and glad you got that sorted out.

This report is now marked as Resolved.

For future reference, we have generic suggestions to solve the issue, see below.

Things that can trigger the error:

  • Adblock
  • Antivirus
  • Internet Security applications

To solve the error:
Try the following in order:

  • Disable browser Adblock addon.
  • Adjust or briefly disable the security applications that hook themselves to web browsers.
  • Briefly disable your antivirus.
  • Clear your browser cache folder & cookies.
  • Try a different web browser: Edge, IE, Firefox, Chrome, Chrome Canary or Chromium.
  • Ensure JavaScript is enabled on the web browser.
  • Use another device on the same network.

In case all fail to contact WP support.
