Started over on RT and not sure what kind of gear I should be saving up for. Anyone have suggestions?

I would go for things that will reduce damage taken, such as raydric/deviling, noxius, pasanas, thara frog, khalitz, etc.

 

Also as much hard def as you can which will come from refined equipment to the highest value you can.

I think the only thing im unsure about is what weapon/wand I should get with whatever enchant is best.
