It is expected to have maintenance to renewal servers today Thursday (server time). The delay on RT server was for an update planned to go live on Friday (WoE1). We will know better for either server once closer to usual maintenance times.

Still too early to tell but seems like it will go for testing in April. I'd say to wait patiently for further updates from the staff on the skill re-balance
