So I'm doing the Kiel robot factor quest. I'm stuck at step 41 of the https://irowiki.org/...Kiel_Hyre_Quest guide. After I talked to Kiel Hyre he gave me the metal fragment. Then I step on the portal to the right. It doesn't take me back out of the room with Allysia in it. That portal sends me back on to the bottom left corner of the same map. Is this a bug or am I missing something? Please help.

Hello,
Seems to be intended, you will need to teleport back to the southeast corner of the map then use Blue Keycard on the door.

Glad that worked out for you 
The step is not wrong but it is missing just a small clarification. Such as on Step 42 go back to Allysia by teleporting to the designed location as mentioned at step 37.
