Hello all,

 

I was killing Marionettes today in gl_in01, and when it was killed the item I was looking for dropped in a place impossible to get, as in the screenshot below. I know that the item will not be retrieved for me (even though I'd gladly accept it, given I'm looking for it for some time), but I suppose that an item dropping in an unachievable place is not intended, other than portals. In fact, the Marionette was not even that close to the edge of the stairs, but close to the centre.

I recall that corner, you should be able to walk through the broken pillar AFAIK.

Me and my friend tried for some time to walk through the pillar to no avail, I'm afraid

You are correct, the cell is 'dead'. The only way to reach the location is by randomly teleporting into it or by using backslide.

I will check with the staff if there's any way to adjust dead cells in house.
