It would be nice to have the Prontera and Payon castles for one day and the Geffen and Al De baran castles for another day. I don't know if you already had this idea but it is a way to get around the situation until WoE 2.0 arrives

I don't know how many people voted on it, but the point of the poll was for the majority to state when they're available. Guess working "7 PM EST is pretty much prime time.." is not really accurate if the majority agreed to 7PM EST.
I'm not particularly thrilled with that time, but if it's when folks are more active based on the poll, then so be it. I'm just curious as to how many people actually voted.
I'm guessing not enough people voted... I linked it to my guild but most have been inactive for 3-5+ weeks waiting for woe and probably didn't bother voting.
