:rolleyes: You just can't please everyone can't you. 

 

WP made it cheaper and easier for you and all you have to do is remember to swap the ores between Normal and HD ores. 

 

Make +10 to +11  100%  is already making refine cheaper.    This is already very very very good.

 

Let us all pay to make +10 to +11, can let WP make more profits, and then better to sustain the game, and plan for a better future.

Well, its already 1:00 A.M here and I got no answer at all in both tickets I have ongoing (actually, one of them was denied yesterday without any apparent reason).

 

So I am going to sleep and i REALLY HOPE TO HAVE MY PROBLEM SOLVED when i wake up, otherwise I am going to be really disappointed at Warpportal's support team. (more than I already am about getting inconclusive answers once a day).

The company is on California time. They can't help you if they're all at home asleep?

I can confirm I used 300 hd Ori and made an item +9 about ten times, and never +10.

Then, I made about 40 items +9 with enriched with only five breaking, then broke about 30 trying for +10, and made 5 +10. But I play with no real goal and have unlimited items it seems, so I almost forget what it's like to lose items.

That's something that should not happen.

 

Also, I was promised an answer till yesterday by Cinnamon.

Campitor also said they would fix my issue shortly, but that didnt happen either.

I apologize for the delay ><, from what I been told there "may be" a solution provided at the time that was indicated to me through WP staff.

This incident in particular requires a higher up involvement , I do not have the detail of the ticket so you may like to wait till staff are available at usual times, for forums interaction that is.

My final update: A GM finally reached out to me ingame to fix my issue. Altough it's not the solution I expected, since i got no KP refunded, they finally did something about it.

No, neither the ores nor the KP.

I definitely didn't get the best solution, but they didn't want to give me anything more.
