I googled it, but the only explanation I found is from 2010 or something, so I thought it might be outdated. What does "turn to undead" mean, really? Is it any good?

Tldr, become weaker to fire and holy elements; as well as, unable to be resurrected (aside from using Tokens), but immune to poison/dark elements and have stone curse/frozen immunity.

It is also good to be used when you are fighting against undead monsters that some of them uses its dark atk / skill which is annoying. Of course dont use it when you use Grand Cross Skill

Its good because a lot of boss monsters use high damage shadow attacks.
some demerits not listed in the link are, cannot be blessed or aspersio'd.

I still prefer to use Agriope card though for resisting Dark/Undead property attacks and priest can still resurrect you
