What make no sense is: lvl 160~185 Bio 5 

Who dafu can do bio 5 at 160 just for leveling?  that was insane map, u must have very very end equips to do and i think they shold keep there onlly for farm.

that bounty was specially made for Chakri Norris he can level up there and complete it in about 15 minutes.

It seems most people are not informed about BSB and HD refines where they are all removed and moved to the normal tefine NPCs... Even BSB can now be used with Enriched ores.

The BSB NPC was removed due to the new refine UI having the option to include BSB along with your ores. So you're still able to refine without any risk at all, you just need to talk to any refinement NPC and select the type of ores you wanna use and the specified amount of BSB. It should be working from +7 to +12.

 

They stated it somewhere else but not on these patch notes apparently, which is kind of dumb imo.

I thinks dev,cm,gm need to announcement about new refined system

 

New refined now merged all NPC that using Enrich and HD and BSB into one (so you can refine anywhere that have refine npc, Ex: prontera,payon,alberta)

 

Only Mighty Hammer that using Safe to refine.
