I also turned off antivirus, tried running it in compatibility mode but still the same. Please help

I am having the same problem. I have 72% downloaded but my laptop fell asleep and when i rry to resume i get "webget error" or the "metafile error". .

See if downloading the setup from another source fixes the issue:

By same issue, I assume Renewal client if so please try the mirror link shared above.

Make sure to remove previous RO installation files and that the exe file is launched as an admin.
