I would like to know if makes any sense to put a Pasana Card in a Chain Mail with % fire resistance. Do they stack?

 

I know that Pasana makes my armor propriery fire level 1. But if I put on a Pasana, do this damage taken will be lower?

That would just function the same way wearing Pasana Card (or any fire armor) and Jakk Card work together when both are equipped

If I understand this right.

 

Wearing Pasana makes you a Level 1 Fire element and the new enchants on armor are much like proof potions.

On the table above, you are less susceptible to 100% fire elemental attack because you would only be dealing with 25% of its damage. That remaining 25% can be reduced by Jakk Card and this new resistance armor even more.

Fire element skill attack is not Fire monster basic attack.

 

My only fuzz is on the Neutral Resistance being much sought after and priced indifferently, when the only thing I think it does is reducing is the Forced Neutral skill attacks. (Guillotine Fist/Acid Bomb, a PVP gear so to speak) Maybe I'll reconsider this once I join WOE. 

 

Still, my stand is Neutral Resistance does not apply on Neutral Property basic attacks, just on the skill attack. Correct me if I'm wrong

My point exactly. I think the neutral resistance enchant function like GR as with other armors cards that does the same thing.

It will be lower but it would be less noticeable because of the way its calculated, armor property is calculated first then the % reduction is applied on the reduced damage, being effective less than it would be if it stacked.

No, it is straight up neutral reduction, like a raydric card.
