I play two accounts at the same time. Two clients side by side. Today my 2nd account got disconnected with an error "Forbidden tool "bad software"" From research I found it's against the rules to say the name of the bot software so I replaced it with "bad software". I googled the "bad software" and found that it's a botting program. I can still login and play but am concerned about that error disconnect message. I've never used a bot or had any software like that on my pc. Should I be concerned?

Hello,
Some applications may trigger that error, assuming the application in question is not installed on the system. It was also mentioned tabbing too quickly between the game and the desktop or some other application can trigger it.
This is a bug and the staff been collecting reports about it.
You may want to contact WP Support and EAC support for further technical assistance if the issue persisted.
