These armor options are out of hand

Making cards like eggyra, raydric etc only half as useful, if that.

 

40% sp recovery on a coat as an option when eggyra only gives 15%?

 

getting 60+ neutral resist just from armors? neutral resist rolls being worth 5-6m more than other rolls.

 

What [Removed] developer decided not to follow the kro zero mechanics and make neutral resist not like raydric? and if hp recovery works on potions like knight hp recovery skill does, then you can get like 200% healing from potions with a couple of hp recovery option armors.

 

this game is going to fail with these options being completely out of balance. its like the developers have never played RO before.

Why are you complaining?

 

You gotta be aware that weapons have +% Damage to Elements/Races.

 

You gotta learn the basics before you complain about the mechanics of the game.

It's increasing your hp recovery rate - not giving you the swordsman skill that also increases potting efficiency.

Hard disagree. Are you against the new skill rebalance too because it makes them too strong?

 

The problem isn't the new gear, it's the old cards and gear (especially DEF cards). They were never updated to be up-to-par in renewal mechanics. Especially egregious is Ring [1] being bought for millions and being fairly rare when it gives less than 1% more damage.

the gears in fever fields are all slotted. they do not make the cards irrelevant. 

 

the issues we are going to have is that the in game content will be relatively worthless for a long time until probably new world stuff starts to come or satan morroc. some of it will still have its place. (hello valk armor/manteau/shield) but cards are safe dude. armor slot doesnt even affect raydric anyway. 

I am personally a fan of the new enchant system in the short term. I think it will be a problem long term unless we add the enchants to existing content's gear. most PVM will be irrelevant outside of fever fields, headgears, and weapons.

thats my point exactly, no idea what these other fellows are on about. You can get 20% neutral resist on like 4 pieces of gear + raydric for like 100% neutral resist, what happens then?

 

And if they try to change it what happens to the people that spent 10m+ on these options right now?

 

guaranteed mess because this company is a mess.

You can only get it on body. So at the most you can have 20%+20% from raydric.
