is it only me or the chars that are currently in prontera cant login (Disconnected from server).

other alts on the same account which stationed on different town can login just fine though

Same here, and for some chars in other maps appears a "area available for escape" selection o_O

Those who already in the towns are fine... just not those trying to warp there.

The staff has been informed about the issue with certain zones in Chaos server. Kindly be patient till we hear an update, it is 5AM

Hey need assistance on our characters who got disconnected from server after using portal or teleport. 

 

for example, I was in Alde Baran and when I used Eden Teleport NPC, I got disconnected and can't open that specific character.

 

I replicated the issue by using other characters inside Eden, and when I used the portal to go outside Eden, it got disconnected too and can't open.

 

 

Character Name: Orihime Inoe

 

From Alde going to Eden

 

Server: Chaos

 

Job: Gene

Will keep you all posted, Campitor at the moment is looking closely at the issue.

Kindly be patient a bit more, the stuck characters in towns should be fixed automatically once the zone issue is resolved.

No wonder when I wrapped to Geffen earlier on it d/c and ask me to wrap to other places after selecting the server
