Update

• Added NPC to exchange Blank Cards from April Fools Event (Kafra Headquarters, Aldebaran)
  • Blank Cards will no longer drop from mobs
• Added St. Patrick's Day Event NPC (payon 212 119) to exchange Bronze, Silver, and Gold coins and also the option to clear them from your inventory
  • Removed option to exchange snake skins for coins
• Fixed OPB/OBB/OCA to produce items again
• Fixed gl_in01 to prevent mobs spawning in unreachable areas
• Fixed um_fild04 to prevent mobs spawning in unreachable areas
• Adjusted Guild Dungeons to have PVP enabled
• Adjusted Guild Dungeons drop loot table
  • Removed items that require trans classes or a base level of 100+.
• Removed old Costume Boxes from the Kafra Shop
• Note: WoE Treasures will be available April 9th
  • Added armor enchants to WoE Treasure Armor Drops

Events

  Our Homeward Bound Event has been extended (Ending date is to be determined)!
  • Enjoy a bonus +50% EXP and +25% Drops as you stay indoors and keep safe!
• 
  The first set of Frenzy Fields are now open!
  • Eliminate monsters on certain maps to unlock stronger monsters with rare and unique loot!
• 
  Guild vs Guild wars will begin in the War of Emperium!
  • Think your guild has what it takes to be the best in PvP? Prepare yourself as you fight with your guild for ownership of guild castles and daily treasures!
  • Treasures will be turned on April 9th

Also, what do you mean Blank cards will longer drop? Will the rate increase?

Do weapon drops have enchants as well?

And this apply to garment and shoes? or pure armor only?

Body armor and weapons should have enchants. No garment and shoe enchants until later when those can also be obtained in game.

Can we get confirmation about the monster levels and stats being 120+? Even if the drops change, it's still very difficult to kill most monsters in the guild dungeons.

What about fix the merchant card set? I want use my set it in MVP and Frenzy Fields with all potential. BS will get a lot of nerfs in rebalance, make it useful at last for now, =/
