It not show any payment option

i log in my wrapportal acc and try to purchase WPE, once i click power up its just show me the pic below,

 

can someone help me whats the problem, btw im from malaysia

Hello,

Normally account registered through Steam will get that and must use Steam overlay to purchase points. If your account wasn't registered through Steam then please contact WP support.

 I am having the same issue to

 

I have signed in to the warpportal login and i am at this page

 

https://www.warpport...nformation.aspx

 

then will click on my RO client and select "power up"

 

will then lead to this page

 

https://www.warpport...g=RO1&i=7489372

 

loads like its looping then will show up this message:

 

https://www.warpport...ion/notice.aspx

 

I have tried chrome, incognito chrome and Microsoft edge...

 

i live outside the US

- I don't use steam, i am from a pre-steam era

 

I was supposed to pay for a state reset kafra purchase but i cant do\o it

Hello!
Have you checked through Power Up error troubleshooting guide here? If all fails please contact Payment support as suggested in the guide.

Hi, thanks for u info, i try for few day now can use steam to purchase my item mall point, but is another problem right now, 

 

option in steam, last 2 day i purchase my first Kafra Point in Steam with "Select Item Mall Point" option and i notice that when i want to repurchase in  "Select Item Mall Point"  through Steam, it dont have any option to let me select, any solution to Fix this problem?

When was the last time you purchased successfully? There may be a limit.

Last 2 Day only, because i heard that  Steam can only purchase 1000kp Perday, have to wait 24 hour only refresh, but now is more than 2 day already, i still cant see my 'select item mall point' got any selection.

 

1st time purchase is no problem, 2nd time become like this situation.

kenshin0124, upon checking with the staff, they kindly informed me that the payment is working properly. They may need to look into your account though so please write in a ticket.

try browsing on your smartphone i got through the options using my android and it worked (paid twice now in 2020 so it works)
